Refund policy

At La Beautié, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a return option within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

In the rare event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out to our customer support through out contact us page within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
